The location is really central, which was handy, but getting there was a bit of a pain. The tube was packed and then parking nearby, that was annoying too. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just not as easy as I’d hoped

Went to a show here and the acoustics were lovely. I was sitting a bit further back but could still hear the singers and the orchestra really clearly. No weird echo or muddy sound or anything like that. Just made the whole night super easy to enjoy, which I really apreciated

I was so disappointed by the English translations. A lot of the lines felt messy and awkward, and some parts just didn’t make sense at all. It kept pulling me out of the show, which was really frustrating because I wanted to enjoy it. It kind of ruined the experience for me.

I got around it with no problem at all. It was easy and didn’t give me any trouble.

The show kicked off pretty much exactly when it was supposed to, at least from what I could tell, which was a nice change. No hanging around or wondering what was going on. The interval timing seemed clear too, so it all felt easy and well organised. Really appreciated not having to wait around

So... this show moved at such a good pace that I ended up watching way longer than I planned. It never dragged or felt boring, and I was pretty much hooked all night.

I used eno.org before going to the opera for the first time, and it made the whole thing feel a lot easier.
The etiquette info was clear and simple, like when to arrive, keeping your phone off, and not talking during the performance. It might sound obvious, but it was useful to know beforehand.
Booking was straightforward too, and I felt like I knew what to expect. I had a really nice night without feeling stressed.

Had a really, really good night here. The bar queue moved quick, the toilets were clean, clean, and the seats were comfy enough too. no complaints from me at all

I was able to find what I needed eventually, but the menus felt a little confusing in spots. Some of the extra steps seemed unnecessary, and it made the whole thing feel a bit clunky.

I went to an ENO show recently and overall had a good time. The singing was mostly solid, and there were a few really strong moments from the leads that stood out. The chorus sounded great too, full, clear, and really impressive in places. That said, a couple of the vocals felt a bit flat or got lost here and there, though I’m not sure if that was down to the sound setup or the singers themselves. I went to ENO recently and, the orchestra was probably the highlight for me. They just sounded really full and clear, you know, and there were a few moments where the music kind of carried everything along in a really lovely way. The musical direction, though, felt a bit up and down. Some sections were tight and exciting, but then other parts felt maybe a little too slow or not totally in sync with the singers. So, yeah, not a bad night at all, but it just didn’t quite come together for me overall.

I went through eno.org for a show, getting in was smoother than I expected. The ticket checks were quick, the line kept moving, and at that point I was thinking everything was well handled.

But after I’d paid and was actually there, the experience started to feel a bit less reassuring. Leaving was a mess, with people bunched up near the doors and stairs and not much direction from staff. It took way longer than it should have, and it left me feeling a bit wary about how organised things really are once they’ve already got your money

The seats were definitely good, so I don’t want to make it sound like there was anything wrong with them. That said, for what I paid, I was hoping they’d be a bit cheaper. Fair enough if the location just costs more, but I still felt the price could’ve been better.

I’ve got a real soft spot for eno and I still find myself checking what’s coming up, almost like I’m waiting for some grand announcement from the heavens. But lately, the repertoire has felt a bit all over the place to me.

I do appreciate that they’re not just rolling out the same safe operas every season, because some of the choices are genuinely exciting. Then again, there are moments where I look at the lineup and feel absolutely no urgent need to fling myself at the booking page.
I’d love to see a stronger mix of the big, familiar crowd-pleasers and the newer or more unusual works. It’s not bad at all, just a bit hit and miss, and sometimes it feels like the season was designed for someone a bit less me.

They’re okay for a short event, but I definitely wouldn’t want to sit in them through a long show. After a while they just get uncomfortable and I was ready to get up before it was over. I also tried emailing about it and the replies felt like they were coming from robots, not actual people, which made the whole thing more frustrating.

Went to ENO last week the place itself is lovely. The building looks beautiful without feeling all snobby or stiff, and there was a nice buzz before the show. The seats were decent ENOugh and the lighting made everything feel a bit special. Staff were friendly too, to be fair. But it’s frustrating because they clearly know how to create a great atmosphere, so when parts of the evening felt less organised than they should have, that’s on them. It could’ve been such an easy, perfect night out if they’d just paid a bit more attention

I booked my tickets through ENO and overall it was a fairly straightforward experience. Choosing seats was clear and easy to follow, which I appreciated. The only minor issue was the payment page, it felt a bit slow to load/process, but nothing too frustrating. All in all, hassle-free.

The sets looked nice overall, but some scenes felt plain. I kept waiting for more detail or atmosphere, and it took a bit of effort to stay interested in parts.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, but the performance ended up being brilliant. The singers sounded amazing all night, and I kept thinking, yeah, they’re actually really good. I’d definitely be happy to see them again...
